Regency served as Construction Manager at Risk in Joint Venture for Lakewood City Schools to construct two new additions to Lakewood High School and renovate existing Academic and Administration areas.

The first addition was a 20,689 SF, three-story academic wing consisting of new classrooms. The second addition totaled 116,846 SF consisting of new music, athletic, and food service wings. The food service wing consists of a new kitchen, student dining, and an outdoor courtyard. The music wing consists of a new band room, black box performance theater, and vocal room. The athletic wing houses new competition and auxiliary gymnasiums, a fitness and weight room, wrestling room, as well as athletic offices and locker rooms.

Renovations to the existing Academic wing included reconfiguring 39,356 SF of space to include new Administration and Guidance offices, a clinic, and classroom space.
