Regency served as the General Contractor for the addition and renovation to Fuerst Automotive, an auto repair shop in Broadview Heights, Ohio. Experiencing growth, their business required more space to support back-office operations and staff support spaces. The project modernized the facility and its design to complement the surrounding business district.

Regency constructed an addition to house a new office and employee breakroom with kitchenette. The project scope also included:

• Replacing five service bay doors

• Upgrading the exterior façade with veneer stone, siding, and EFIS 

• Installing new storefront glazing and doors

• Installing new exterior lighting

• Installing new canopies over the entrance

• Expanding the concrete parking area

Regency self-performed the rough and finish carpentry on this project, including framing the addition, siding, studs, drywall, and millwork.

Regency kept Fuerst Automotive fully operational during construction by maintaining constant communication with the building owner and using phasing strategies to keep the building secure and weathertight.
