Regency Construction Services, Inc. provided Construction Management at Risk services for the Cleveland Metroparks for this 4-D Theater project within the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. The project consisted of a new wood ticket booth structure, wood and concrete canopies at the entrance and exit of the theater structure, foundations and assembly of the 4-D Theater modular units, numerous site upgrades including stamped and colored concrete walks, new drainage, landscaping, the installation of a giraffe statue with rubber fall surface were completed within a two-and-a-half-month schedule. Interactive kiosk stations offer an engaging opportunity for zoo patrons to learn more about the exhibits around them.

Regency worked with the Cleveland Metroparks and SimEx-Iwerks — an international leader in entertainment structures — to provide this new, exciting entertainment venue at the zoo. Additionally, Regency’s carpentry division self-performed the carpentry work with a skilled crew who helped ensure the project was completed on time and within budget.
