Construction Academy
Regency has worked with K-12 schools since our founding. Knowing the dynamics of our industry, it quickly became clear that we had an opportunity to use projects to help connect students to careers in architecture, engineering, and construction. That’s when we developed Construction Academy.
At the beginning of a K-12 project, we work with the school district to tailor a program that works with their curriculum to teach students the steps of the design and construction process alongside the real project team. Through hands-on activities, students test their skills in math, problem-solving, communication and teamwork while having fun with their classmates.
At Regency, we believe it is our duty to not only deliver quality work, but to share our knowledge to help shape the future of the construction workforce in the communities we serve. Through time, talent, and treasure, we give back wherever we can and encourage our employees to get involved according to their interests and passions in addition to their industry involvement. Many staff members are also active in their communities, whether through their churches, alumni associations, or other local nonprofits.
